Vendor Information
The following rules and guidelines outline what exhibitors can and cannot do with their booth space at the upcoming COCARD President's Club Sales Summit. Please review these carefully to ensure a smooth and successful event.
Booth Location
COCARD will assign exhibitor tables based on partner level.
Where Will Our Exhibit Space
Exhibitor tables will be in the Compass Rose West & South meeting space and foyer. Height restriction: 10ft or below.
Wi-Fi & Power
WiFi access is complimentary in our meeting space. Should you require power at your table, notify Jenny Allen (jallen@cocardcorp.com) by September 5th so appropriate arrangements can be made. If the venue charges additional expenses for power or other requests, the vendor will be responsible for payment.
What come with our Exhibit Space?
One (1) 6ft Table, clothed and skirted.
Exhibit Setup and Teardown
Setup: 10/14 - 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m
Teardown: 10/16 - 2:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
